How long do fluffy pancakes take to make?

A: 20-25minutes! Fluffy pancakes are a souffle which means we whip egg whites and carefully and slowly cook them for over 20 minutes! That’s what makes each order of fluffy pancakes so special and fluffy!

Do I need a reservation?

A: Yes, highly recommended but not required! We’re serving fluffy pancakes all day at Doki Doki. With high demand, reservations will help locking your spot and limit wait time to about 20-30 minutes. Without reservations, wait time usually runs as high as 45-60 minutes. Also, other treats and drinks are available for you while you’re getting ready for your unique and special fluffy pancake experience!

Where can I purchase Doki’s Fluffy Pancakes kits?

A: You can purchase our kits online & in-store. We also ship these kits nationwide!!!

How many servings are in these kits?

A: Each kit serves 23 orders of fluffy pancakes. Each order has 3 pancakes. Bring the total up to 70 fluffy, jiggly, and delicious pancakes.

Will there be instructions on how to make these at home?

A: Yes! Besides being fail proofed, these kits come with written and a QR code to a Youtube video instructions. You can always reach out to us if you have any questions via email or social media.

Shipping & Return policies?

A: Timeframe is based on location but processing time is 2-3 business days and shipping is 2-3 days after that. If you are local, you can pick up the kits in-store with no processing or shipping wait time. We accept return of unopened kits. $5 shipping and restocking fee will be applied for all returns and full refund will be issued upon receiving the kits at our store.
