At Doki, crepe cakes have always been more than just dessert!
Each one is made from at least 20 layers of golden paper-thin crepes, carefully stacked with soft, lightly sweetened fresh cream. Each cake is built slowly, one layer at a time, with love and care. It’s a process that takes patience, but that’s what makes every slice feel so special.
They’re light, not too sweet, and easy to fall in love with. The kind of dessert you can enjoy without thinking too much; just a quiet, happy moment in the middle of your day.

Our crepe cake slices are designed a little differently.
Each one is cut from our signature 6” cakes which is made with at least 20 layers of golden, paper-thin crepes and soft, lightly sweetened fresh cream; still crafted slowly, one layer at a time.
Our NEW version of slices, we’ve made them slightly more petite and a little more affordable, so you can try more flavors in one visit.
Light, not too sweet, and easy to enjoy—whether you’re picking one or building your own little tasting set.
